Bug? Menu has spasms when deleting the last collection.

Description

When deleting the last collection from the drop down menu (only partially showing; bug #2) the menu "goes nuts" and flashes on an off repeatedly.

Repro

1. Open Logos4
   

2. open collections pane
   

3.  
   delete the last "partially shown" collection

5.  

Actual Result

Logos muscle spasm

Expected Result

last collection to show; and delete correctly.
