Is there a way to add a background to a Bible verse slide that is not a Bible background?

I cannot seem to find a way to do so. Adding a foreground only covers up the verse.

Are you talking about this Bible or On Screen Bible? http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203789485-Service-Item-Overview#bible I'm not seeing any restrictions in terms of background media that can be added to the background of a Bible item.

Hi Bob, sorry for the confusion. Sounds like you are trying to use a non-bible media on a Bible Service item?

We are releasing a new update on Monday that will fix the issue with foreground images that you mentioned. So that workaround will work again. Another you could try is adding the wanted background as a service item, right clicking on it and copy it to your clip board. Then pasting it on you Bible.

Thank you, this was a great help. I had some kind of glitch at first with something totally unrelated being pasted. So I tried again with a new Bible slide. I saved as an image, the content slide with the background I wanted. Then on the Bible slide I pasted as background and it worked great. I wonder if this would be a better method than trying to put an image in as a foreground?
