Error: Data Set Showing up as Temporary

So I purchased the extended data set, and some of the items that are supposed to come with the set are still showing up as temporary.  I currently have Logos Now.

I did do an "update now" and "update resources" and it says there is nothing to update.

Thoughts?

I vaguely remember this as a known issue... but I could be mistaken.
