Hi,
In the BWS Report, the number of hits for <Sense = Jesus ⇔ Word of God> yields the correct results of 5 hits. However, doing a Bible Search with <Sense = Jesus ⇔ Word of God>, the result is 4 hits instead of 5.
This is a known issue, the same as previously reported here: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/124505/815737.aspx#815737
Searches for some additional tagging (e.g., <Person>, <Place>, <Sense>) merge contiguous results into one hit, instead of counting each annotation in the original dataset as a separate hit. I've added a link to this post to the case. (And there's the opposite issue, where one annotation becomes multiple disjoint hits when mapped onto a translation via a reverse interlinear. In general, hit counts in a reverse interlinear may be inexact due to the imprecision involved in mapping one language onto another.)

Bradley,
Thanks for reply ... it is a bit too technical for me [:)] Sorry.
Question: Would BWS Bible Sense Section always (most of the time) provide the correct counts like in this case? If so, I would use BWS more often vs Bible Search for such kind of searches (e.g., <Person>, <Place>, <Sense>). Is my assumption sound? Thanks.
