Proclaim freezing

We have updated our computer completely to i5 6400, 16 gigs rrr4 ram, SSD to try and get rid of the freezing and hangs from Proclaim. So frustrating. We are getting freezes mid service with attempts to go into ISing worship canned songs. They are mp4 video files so should easily load...but they sometimes work and sometimes do not!

Running windows 7. Have been on the phone with Proclaim NUMEROUS times and had the last tear 2 technician say they've never seen this before??

What possibly could be the answer to this...we may have to go back to Easy Worship if we cannot get this figured out...

Sorry to hear this Keith, video playback issues on Windows can be very frustrating. Proclaim uses and embedded version of Windows Media Player. This is probably not what you want to hear but we've had far fewer reports of video playback issues with the version that's installed on Windows 10 machines. Windows 7 machines seem to have the most issues.

I had never heard of isingworship so went to the site and had a look. It is one that I will add to my list.

They offered a free song to download which I did and saved to my desktop.

Once I had done this I opened Proclaim - Add Item - Video - Add Video - Import.

Less than a couple of minutes from start to finish.

Am I missing something that is causing you a problem?
