LES text for Joshua 14:6
Hi! Is there a reason why θεοῦ is omitted from the Greek text behind the Lexham English Septuagint for Joshua 14:6 (approx word #30)? It is there in Rahlfs and the Lexham LXX Interlinear. Could it be because it has been accidentally omitted from the edition of Swete used in Logos? It's certainly there in the 'paper' version:

Thanks!

Is it there in Vaticanus? I don't own the resource, so I cant verify that.

I don't know if it's there in the Vaticanus Logos resource as I don't have it either, though it is in the online facsimile:

p256, col 1, line 27
It's also there in the paper version of Swete which I linked to above. So it looks like an error in the Logos edition of Swete and therefore LES.

Hey John! Thanks for pointing this out to us. I've gone ahead and put this through to our team for review. In the future, if you see any errors with the texts in your resources, you can report them through the Logos software itself following our instructions here: https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/report-typos

Thanks Brandyn. I wasn't 100% sure it was an error/typo, which is why I thought it better to raise it in the forum. I have used that typo reporting tool many times before. If I can offer a bit of feedback from an end-user perspective, it is a real pity that it effectively acts as a black hole, with no feedback on how the report has been handled. If this were changed then it would be a much better experience for us end-users, and would encourage us to keep on reporting problems, because we would be able to see that we're actually making a positive difference!

θεοῦ should indeed be in the Logos edition of the Swete LXX, and likewise its translation in the LES.
Thanks for pointing it out!
