Also, you should update your engine to L7 as it has now been made publicly available to all users.
Hebrew text but with less than X occurrences of a word in a footnote or tagged with a gloss so that you can read through without having to look stuff up. Now that I think about it, it's probably a little complex. They probably sell it as a resource.

If you get Logos 7 Starter Feature Set (or subscribe to Logos Now) and an Interlinear bible (Greek and/or Hebrew) you will have the Reader's Edition Interlinear filter:
