Library Indexing Failures

I made several attempts to "Rebuild Index" to resolve Indexing stalling after 1%, but no luck. I have no other apps running on Mac and screensaver and sleep mode has been disabled to impede indexing.

Requesting technical assistance or anyone who have encountered this problem and was able to get resolved.

Can you tell us about your computer? What version of macOS? Logos? What kind of drive is on the computer? How much free space? Is this a brand new install?
