Bug: hovering over graphics in BAR Shows odd popup

Hovering over the graphics in BAR shows an odd popup:   It appears to list the next several graphics instead of providing information about this graphic (which is what it did in v3).

Moving into the popup to click on one of the other "titles" does nothing but bring up the description of the current graphic.
