Does proclaim support showing an animated GIF? I wasn't able to make it go as a background or a foreground. whenever I import it, it is a still amage on the first frame (apparently).

We don't currently support an animated .gif in Proclaim, but you can use a webpage item to link to the .gif. I would suggest right-clicking the .gif and opening it in a new tab and then use that link so you can get the link to the .gif alone. It's not a perfect solution. You end up seeing a smallish gif in the top right with blank space around it.
