Finding Print/Export in L7 to be Frustrating Compared to L6

I searched about this but didn't find what I was looking for. Sorry if this has been dealt with before.
In L6 I could do a TextCompare then Print/Export and get a nice tightly formatted sheet to print (directly in the print/export screen) that I would use for sermon prep. This was so helpful! In L7 the formatting options are gone and the result is double or triple or more in the number of pages. If I export to Word, I have a LOT of work to do to clean it up and reduce the number of pages. Can I get back the L6 Print formatting? Can I run L6 and L7 on the same machine so I can get this back?
Thank you very much.

Sorry - I'm not sure what the problem is.
I get something like the Print / Export screen below:
Are you seeing the same thing or something different?

Please expand on the differences

Not easily - let's see if we can clarify what the issue is / resolve it.

Can't speak to Ross's printing v6 vs v7. But I assume it's when they messed up Text Comparison with scrolling.
If I'd 'improved it', I would have allowed a work-around to allow creating a range to include a single verse (eg Mat 5:1-1). As is, I can not see the verses (I use a narrow side-panel and many translations), and have absolutely no need for the verse-scrolling. That's before even thinking about printing.
Logos has a bad habit of driving in reverse gear for 'improvements'. (yes, my opinion ... hopefully a solution for Ross).

I guess its related to that - but it doesn't seem to affect printing as far as I can see.
Personally I don't think they "messed it up" but I know some people don't like the change[:)]

Here are some pictures demonstrating the changes:
I have L6 6.14 SR-4 on a different partition but I checked and it has the same issue as L7 has. But here is a picture of a physical print out that I did sometime earlier in February from L6 (I don't know which version exactly):
But now in L7, here is the same Text Compare:
and close up
1. What the first photo represents is VERY helpful for me because I can study on it and then bring it to the pulpit with me. I could produce this print out from earlier version of L6 in less an a minute. L7's print out doesn't work as it is 3 or 4 pages instead of 1. If I export it to Word, it will take at least 20 minutes of tedious editing the table to get it to what I had before. What I had in L6 was a great tool for Bible study and preaching; what I have in L7 hinders Bible study and preaching.
2. Sometime did change in the Print/Export page because in earlier L6 there were options on the Left side column of the Print/Export page for how the pagination or fonts were represented. I forgot exact what they were called but why were these removed?
3. Maybe I've missed something here and I'd be happy to be shown how to get back to what I had in L6. I've experimented with font sizing but I haven't figured it out.

Ross is right, there are formatting options that are missing. Here is a screenshot from my wife's Logos 6--
The options to "Print as shown on the screen" and "Print as exported" do not appear when you try to print/export the Text Comparison in Logos 7. They do, however, still appear when you print/export other panels such as Passage Guides. Perhaps Denise is right, or perhaps this is a bug.

What version of Logos 6 is on your wife's computer, Levi?

I did some digging and it looks like when infinite scrolling rolled out the options went away. I'm sorry this has made things more difficult in this use case. I would suggestion submitting a UserVoice request to have a way to print what is on screen, or in some way fit more verses on a single page.

L7's Print in Windows is 1 page (I note you are on Mac). My Headings have an abbreviated title in L7 e.g. ESV

"Print as shown on screen" was dropped presumably because new TC has infinite scrolling; showing more than your requested passage.

Thought about work around using Passage List, which currently is viable for WIndows, but not Mac so created thread => Bug 7.5 Beta 3 Passage List Print on OS X 10.10.5

You should be able to adjust the amount of content on the page and the layout of that content if you reduce the text size of the Text Comparison panel before using the print option.

Thought about work around using Passage List ...
Floating Passage List document followed by adjusting width so one bit smaller changes formatting allows Print/Export to have columns, which can be copied to clipboard and pasted as a table into Word for adjustment (e.g. insert a column between Hebrew and Greek)

In reply to adjusting text size of TC panel: this makes no difference in the Print/Export result for me in L7 on OS X. It seems like it Should help, but the reality is that the output is identical.

Concur plus Print\Export lacks ability to adjust Font Size for printing. Changing Text Comparison font size has no effect on Print/Export text size. Font slider for Print\Export affects Print\Export text. Dreaming of Text slider for Print\Export output formatting.
OS X 10.10.5 has 4 verses in Text Comparison Print\Export on one page
Windows 10 has 13 verses in Text Comparison Print\Export on one page

Interesting. I didn't realize that the changing the panel font size on Mac has no effect on the print output. I'll write up a case to investigate this problem.

Is there a time frame to expect a fix for this? I'm missing the great functionality in the way it used to work.
Not fixed with 7.6.0.0027

7.7 for Mac is out. When using Text Compare, why can't Print/Export use the font size slider settings? Font size slider settings are reflected in single resources when selecting Print/Export. Or why can't you bring back the text size options on Print/Export that existed in L6? Why? This is not an academic or abstract issue for me. I preach most weeks of the year and I used this feature every week that I was preaching from the OT.
