We need logs from the application
Welcome [:D]
Suggest restarting Mac followed by opening application. Console Messages has three sets of messages about Logos Splash Screen already running.
If application does not open after restart, please use Logos Logging Utility to enable diagnostic logging => Report a Problem followed by restarting Mac, opening application, zip up log files, then reply to this thread and attach zip file.
Keep Smiling [:)]
Hello Hany,
Thank you very much for the logs. Unfortunately the log is incomplete. Please try again and upload the compressed Logos Log Files If you'd like for us to troubleshoot closely, please feel free to give us a call: 800-875-6467 and ask for our Technical Support.
I'm attaching the Logos Log Files. I hope I did it correct this time. Please let me know if you will need anything else to troubleshoot.4774.LogosLogs.hanygerguis.20170306-204928.zip

Hey Hany! Thanks for the follow-up. Unfortunately these don't look like the correct logs still. Could you give us a brief description of what you're experiencing instead? This will give us a place to start.
Hey Brandyn, I feel I'm doing something wrong with the log but now sure what exactly. Anyway, I installed the Logos 7 then went to Applications to open it. What happen is that the Logos icon kept bouncing, for two or three times, in the bottom bar as if it is starting the Logos 7 then disappeared and so on with each time I tried it. I also tried restarting the iMac and reinstall the Logos 7 but the same thing happened.
Hope this will give us a starting point.
Regards,
When you run the Logos Bible Software .app file from your Applications folder, does the file menu on the mac (the menu at the top of the screen; the grey bar) does it say Logos and then Untitled on it? If so this might be an issue with your Logos directory.
Actually it does not. Just the bouncing and then the icon in the lower bar disappear.
Alrighty, lets try the following:
If you need to follow all the way to step 6, please reply with the outcome and we can proceed from there.
Brandyn,
Thanks it worked. I will tell you what I did differently this time maybe this will help someone else. Since I'm new to Mac, so when I installed the Logos 7 all the previous times, after clicking the .dmg file and on the pop up square showing two icons Logos 7 the arrow the the application folder. I usually hit the Logos 7 directly without dragging it to the applications folder but not this time. True that in the previous times the Logos software asks me to be copied to the applications folder, but this is the only difference in the installation process that I did.
Appreciate all the assistance
By the way, forgot to tell you that when I checked, once I received your instruction and before this successful installation, in the Library folder and under Application Support and I didn't find the folder Logos4 at all.
No worries! That would only be viable if the first couple steps didn't work. I'm glad I could be of assistance to you!
