Unable to Start Proclaim

Sunday Proclaim worked fine.  Today (Tuesday) Proclaim will start with initial blue banner and will go no further.  I checked task Manager to see if the app was still running and there is no sign of Proclaim running at all.  Other than reinstalling Proclaim, I am not sure what to do and why this happened.

Hey Lewis! We're sorry to hear you're encountering some trouble with Proclaim. In this case, you'll want to first try a re-installation of the program. You won't lose anything with this, and the process should be quite quick and everything in Proclaim is automatically stored in the cloud.
