BUG: NICOT Deuteronomy Footnotes

I'm having a strange issue.  When I set "Craigie, Peter C. The Book of Deuteronomy. The New International Commentary on the Old Testament" to automatic columns, most of the footnote numbers show as asterisks.  It doesn't seem to be that way when columns are set to "none."

Disclaimer:  I hate using messaging, texting, and email for real communication.  If anything that I type to you seems like anything other than humble and respectful, then I have not done a good job typing my thoughts.

    When we created this book, some of the footnote indicators in the main body text got converted as asterisks. I can look into getting those reconverted into the correct footnote indicator. I'm sure that will make it easier to read in column view.
