Sorry to be a pain.. but the Font/Style selected is affecting both English and Greek fonts, perhaps it needs to ignore the fontstyle for the Greek in the Full interlinear.. what you think?
I see the problem. But it's a killer interface problem, since highlight styles are global, but different books have varying amounts of interlinear text. What would the UI be like? Would it be enough to have a "[ ] Style surface text only" check box that would cause the style to leave the other lines alone? Or do you want line by line control? Just on the font? What about the box and the color background?
What about the box and the color background?
well the L3 way was to do the whole block, and that will be what will be expected by the ones who are screaming for it.

for me yes it would, I have grown to love the small interlinear way of doing so, I was just flagging it as a potential problem
Just on the font?
Yes - I think in interlinear view but only in "manuscript" and "lemma" bits that "Default Greek and Hebrew" typeface wins always (but not color/background) and should override any custom format.
Likely, most folk likely won't use bizarre markup.. [You hope] so wont be a issue...
Do you want line by line control?
no - am not seeking that level of control - that would appear excessive
This would be my preference too.
