what is the status with hyperlinking to L4 resources in notes? Doesn't seem that it got fixed in 4.0b. Does 4.0cB1 have this?

I've tried using the workaround on the wiki page, but I'm unable to get it to work. I'm attempting to place a hyperlink to a certain spot in a commentary in one of my note files. Anyone have any ideas?
I am really surprised that they haven't addressed the problem of not being able to hyperlink to other resources in the notes yet. This was a such an important and powerful feature of L3, and we've been crying for it to be added back ever since the first beta test of L4. Now hHere we are with L4.0C Beta and we still don't have much of the critical functionality of L3. In my opinion L4 should never have been released until the basic features of L3 are at least matched.
