Backup Using Beta

Hi Folks-

I know that my data could be at risk while using the beta.  So, with this in mind, is there a backup practice that I should employ while using the beta to save my data in the unlikely event of a loss?

    Backup the Logos4\Documents folder to preserve notes, collections, preferences etc.
