Nothing in the Proclaim logs but the Windows Application log is showing an AppHangB1 event, which I've not seen before. Was this happening prior to the latest update?
Rumor has it that it's been rather frequent, and yes, before the update. I'm hypothesizing that Windows is trying to grind away downloading Windows updates (that everyone kicks down the road) while Proclaim is trying to download presentation media on a perhaps less-than-reliable internet connection and we're just running into a tired Windows 7 computer.
Ok, I'm not sure what we can do here to help. Searching for that crash message on Google yields various results recommending a virus scan. Could be some malware is running on the machine.
