On Sunday, at our second worship service, I was using my Ipad (version 10.2.1) to remotely control the Proclaim presentation. During my sermon I saw on the Ipad an error message saying that the connection was lost. I tried to reconnect several times. Each time, the same error message appeared. After about 4-5 attempts, I asked our sound guy to advance the slides.
What would cause this error?
At the first worship service, I used the same Ipad to remotely control Proclaim with no issues at all.
Why did it work for the first service, but not the second?
