Error uploading video

Hi,

we've just downloaded and installed 2.2.0.0016. We normally upload the announcements video each Saturday and it works fine. Today I just get an "Error uploading…" This file is smaller (approx 108Mb) than the ones we usually have no problems with (approx 200Mb).

Sorry to hear this Murray. I'm not seeing anything obvious on our end. I will help me diagnose further if you can reproduce the failed upload, then use the help menu to save the log files and attach them to this thread.

Has Proclaim recently been changed to reject .M4V files?

I have just looked at the logs and found the "All file extensions must be normalized" error. When I change the filename of the movie I'm uploading to .MOV, it uploads fine. Previous .M4V files have uploaded without a problem until last week.
