Logos Orthodox in 2017
Well, someone had to write the first post of the year for this forum.
FL, any progress in the revitalizing-Logos-Orthodox project?

Logos would have more pre-orders if they lowered the price, not really much of an advantage to "buy" it now.
If they drop it down to half price, you might see more action.

It seems over priced Acc. for $34.90 and this is labeled NOTES (which in Logos talk usually means notes only), ACC and OT release it as a complete Bible with it's unique Biblical TEXT.

PS: It is a great study Bible I do own it in OT and ACC but not getting it in Logos myself.

That pre pub is for the OLD edition from 2008. Why pay that much for something outdated already. The second edition came out last year. Would be on board if the notes were from the new edition.

Very glad you asked the question because it made me go look also.
When they released the Leathersoft edition late last year, I found this text on the website at ancient faith...
Additionally, the most recent edition contains a number of improvements over the original edition:
The Psalms have been re-translated from the Septuagint.
The notes for the Psalms have been greatly expanded.
The NT notes have been revised slightly.
The liturgical notes at the top of the New Testament pages have been expanded and placed into their own section at the foot of the page.
The index to the notes at the back, as well as the glossary, have been expanded.
New study articles have been added to the back of the Bible. When I went back and looked they had added a parenthetical...

Now I can add my support to the logos endeavor. Still think its pricey though for just the notes.

The information above is talking about the The Orthodox Study Bible: New Testament & Psalms the one on offer by Logos is the 2008 one you have.... I do not believe Logos was ever planning on offering the 1993 edition.
