Korean Consonants and Vowels become separated...and it continues to be the case! Please help!

So sorry for making another thread, but I didn't seem to get any official reply... but it seems to be a major issue for us.

Plus, it's happening in Windows.

What is in the content should look like this: 함께 찬양

Instead, it looks like this: ㅎㅏㅁㄲㅔㅊㅏㄴㅇㅑㅇ

Any thoughts, anyone?
