How to Report a Bug

In order to save you time and ensure that we’ve all the info we need to take action on a bug, here’s how to report a bug on a Beta build:
- First, create a new post in this forum that includes the following information:
- The exact version of the app.
- The make and model of your device.
- The operating system version on your device.
- Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (as specific as possible).
- The language the app is in.
- What happened when the bug occurred? I.e. The app crashed, a book did not display or gave an error message.
- What was expected to happen instead of the bug?
- The function or resource(s) the bug occurred with.
- Any error messages that appeared prior or during the occurrence.
- Network status when the bug occurred.
- Any settings that were changed that may apply.
- Any other additional information you may feel is relevant. (other apps interacting with ours, modified phone settings)
- Next, open the app and tap on the three-line menu item followed by the Help item.
- Last, tap "Report a Problem" which will invoke an email client and automatically attach the app logs to the email. Please include the URL of your forum post in the email.
By following the instructions above, you can ensure that your bug is recorded and triaged.
