Sermon Audio

Our sermon audio is only recording 2 minutes of the sermon. I am not sure why this is happening because we have the start and end recording in place. It picks up the mic but at the end of the service it only says that 2 minutes have recorded.

Can any help with this?

Could you post Logs? http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files- The logs will tell more as to why this is happening.
