[Beta2] BUG: TWOT Links in DBL Hebrew inactive

TWOT links in DBL look as if they are keylinks as they appear in blue, but clicking them does not summon TWOT, nor does mouseovering produce a popup.

    I can duplicate this bug.  I also find the links to Strongs in DBL do not work either.
