PROCLAIM CRASHES WHEN I PLAY A VIDEO ITEM - WINDOWS 7

we´re using proclaim at church since 2015, but we have problems with it.

the computer that proclaim is installed is very good, fast and brand new but when we open the software, it seems like a very old computer, to much slow... the videos doesn´t work well and the only way to resolve it is reseting the computer.

what´s wrong?

Hi Comunidade Vitral! Looking into this, it looks like there are a number of videos. Would you be able to give us the name of the specific video that is causing the crash? Once we have that, we can investigate further.

all videos are causing the crash. we can't use proclaim edit mode when the presentation is "on air". doing this crashes any on air video.

by the way, proclaim overloads the machine. including, when proclaim crashes because of a video, we have to close the program, but the windows taks manager process still continues working.
