Features: Passage Guide - Collections

In the Passage Guide the Collections Settings is broken. I cannot delete or change the settings from within the passage guide.

I have created several custom Passage Guides with different settings in the guide. Once they are run, the collections section is locked out.

This is happening on both machines here.

I can't get the collections to work at all in the Passage Guide.  When I "Add" Collections to the Passage Guide, they are grayed out and do not return any results.

I have a couple of collections, including systematic theologies, and I ran Phil 4:1-9 and Romans 9.  The "Collections" Bar does not even show the progress bar on it.  It basically does nothing.  Am I doing something wrong?
