I have been having a recent problem with playback of videos. Good Friday was the worst as I had 7 short videos to show during the service. The video is stalling and stuttering. I control it with an ipad. Even the person back at the main computer cant get it to work. HOWEVER, before the service and after the service it works fine. I am attaching this past Sunday's log as it hopefully will show that during the service, I had to cut the video short because it was not playing well. And there was a 3-5 second lag in when the slide would change from when I tapped the same slide to show on the screen. After the service, my video tech and I replayed the video several times with no problem.
I don't know what it going on during services that is causing this problem. We have tried restarting the computer before the service.
Please help as this is frustrating and embarrassing!
