Chrysostom on Romans - Monograph or Commentary?
According to my library, the resource 'The Homilies of S. John Chrysostom, Archbishop of Constantinople, on the Epistle of St. Paul the Apostle to the Romans' has type 'Monograph' but also has a Bible Index.
Does the presence of the bible index mean that this should be a bible commentary?
The corresponding resource, Chrysostom on Acts, is a Bible Commentary with similar indices.

The N&PNF version of Romans is the same.
The Parker, Rivington edition of Romans--I don't know yet.

I was confused for the same reason and didn't know what to do with them as far as organizing my library. Acts is a Bible Commentary and shows up in the study guide as such and Romans doesn't appear there. I had created a collection of Eastern Orthodox resources so I added them both to that since historically he was a Byzantine bishop even though the Roman Catholic Church claims him too. So I will be able to find them both in the study guide under that category. Both of Chrysostom's Homilies are also included in the Early Church Fathers set which I didn't know until after I had downloaded them.

All Church Fathers before the Great Schism would be claimed by both, since they were one and the same until then (1054 A.D.).
