It appears that it is live. Have you checked various methods to see if it is available?

Can't read it on vyrso and Logos still has it on open pre-pub with a shipment status marked yesterday.

There is a problem, however, with the servers. I believe that you have one of two problems:

Unable to download due to server issues. Solution: wait for them to get back up.
A failed transaction (likely on FL's side). This has been seen a few times for some users with Vyrso pre-pubs. Solutions: If you haven't been charged, purchase the book again. If you have, contact customer service.

There are times where items don't ship when predicted, sometimes for an extended period. This doesn't appear to be the case since the resource is showing as available now.
