Unable to Upload PowerPoint from Mac

I am unable to upload a PowerPoint file into Proclaim from my Mac. I have two and I have the same response on both. "An unexpected error occurred while importing the specified document." I have included the log file from one of my Macs for you to see.

I get the error when pointing to a file on my NAS (Network Attached Storage) device. I also have some PPT locally I try to import as well. The import process finishes but the sync never completes. The NAS

I wonder if it's my PowerPoint file because I get the same result with the same file even when I copy it to my desktop and try to upload it from there.5141.Chapter 25.pptx
