We have identified an issue which causes Proclaim version 2.2.0.0051 to crash at startup when the machine doesn't have a valid network connection. We shipped a fix for this issue this morning that will cause Proclaim not to crash without a network connection (it may take slightly longer to load at startup, however).
If you downloaded Proclaim version 2.2.0.0051, please update either through the Proclaim app or by visiting ProclaimOnline.com/download.
