Faithlife App on iPad always wants to update Anchor Yale Dictionary
I download the update, restart the app, says it need to update it again.
I can remove the Anchor Yale Dictionary and restart the app and it says it needs to update it again.
Doesn't happen on Logos App, just Faithlife.

Hello Tim! We're sorry for the trouble. Is this happening on an iPad or Android device? Have you also tried reinstalling the app? It's fairly painless and may also resolve the issue if anything is wrong with the resource file itself.
If doing those still provides the same error, feel free to submit a report via Report a Problem in the app, following our instructions here.0 -
It's fairly painless and may also resolve the issue if anything is wrong with the resource file itself.
The best fix for many issues is often a reinstall... however: If you have MANY downloaded resource and/or large amounts of notes, it may be less "painless" than for others.

If possible, the preferred method is to first send us your app logs and then reinstall the app (if necessary). If the issue gets resolved by a reinstall of the app the logs won't be of any help. Previous logs get deleted after a reinstall.

alabama24 that's exactly right. "Just reinstall" is the easy way for support. I have a lot of downloaded books.

One thing that might work. Remove it from your device. make sure you app is no longer running (double click home button and flip the faithlife app up to kill it off). Restart your iPad on restart start your Faithlife app and try reinstalling Anchor. This may or may not work but I have found it to work in the past.
