Resources missing on iPhone & iPad

I've received my preorder of a new book but it cannot be identified as a new resource on both of my iPhone and iPad even I've shutdown/reopen or removed/reinstalled my Logos apps.  Before trying to locate it on my iPhone and iPad, I did successfully installed the new book onto my MacBook Pro Logos 7.  I have double checked I have only one Logos account.

I've also tried to click the "Start Reading" orange button from Logos order webpage but an error "Resource cannot be downloaded as it is not part of your Library resources" pop up.  I've double checked my account and the login is correct. 

I've checked and followed the "Missing Resources" instructions on the web but is still failing to index and download my new book onto my mobile devices.

    Welcome Andrew! Which resource do you reference? 

    The most likely explanation, based upon what you have described, is that the resource is not mobile enabled. This may simply be a short term issue, which happens from time to time with new resources.

    Hello Andrew! We're terribly sorry for the trouble. If this is regarding the Chinese New Version Bible you recently purchased, that resource is not yet available on mobile.     Thanks a lot for your informations. Logos customer service  replied me "is a little too complicated to resolve by email" but now I know the resource is not yet worked on mobile. Any idea of how long we have to wait?
