I've received my preorder of a new book but it cannot be identified as a new resource on both of my iPhone and iPad even I've shutdown/reopen or removed/reinstalled my Logos apps. Before trying to locate it on my iPhone and iPad, I did successfully installed the new book onto my MacBook Pro Logos 7. I have double checked I have only one Logos account.
I've also tried to click the "Start Reading" orange button from Logos order webpage but an error "Resource cannot be downloaded as it is not part of your Library resources" pop up. I've double checked my account and the login is correct.
I've checked and followed the "Missing Resources" instructions on the web but is still failing to index and download my new book onto my mobile devices.
