Hi,
I have been experiencing an error message when I click on the remote app to play a video (screenshot below). The slide advances to the video, the video starts playing on the projectors, and then I get this error message on my Nexus 7: "Slide Change Error - The remote could not confirm that the requested slide change occurred. This may indicate network issues on your device or the presenting computer." I click "ok," the message goes away, and the presentation continues as if nothing had happened.
I don't think the error message reflects what the problem is because the requested slide change occurred and there are no network issues on the device or the computer. Is there anything I should be doing differently? I would appreciate your guidance.
