Can I have 2 separate outputs (slides for congregation and confidence monitor for platform) while still keeping the program running on the laptop?

If you have three separate screens you can display three separate output types. After setting up your three different displays through the operating system in Proclaim you'll want to find out which display Proclaim is identifying where by choosing "Identify" from Settings>Display. Once you figure out which display is what number of monitor you can decide which numbered monitor needs which output type. Make sure "No signal" is the screen you set the person running the presentation is looking at. Here's an article with one of our "Monday Minute" videos that might help you.
