Dissapointed with Vyrso not making available books I have ordered

I now have 15  books  that were originally scheduled to be released before now.
Every day I watch to see if they are available yet but the date just changes from that day's date to the next day.
What is this about?
I have called Faithlife and tried to speak with Brandyn Whittington but have not been able to get through to anybody that can help me or explain why Vyrso does this regularly.
Is there an explanation for this?

Steve, I understand your frustration. I cannot speak with any authority to the issues with Vyrso, but with Logos pre-publications there can be delays in production, so announced dates sometimes slip. Vyrso books are easier to produce, but if the publisher does not submit their files to Logos when expected, or Logos finds the files need more work than expected, shipping dates could slip.

What exactly is happening with your 15 books is something Faithlife would have to answer.

The system is largely automated. I <believe> that if the resource isn't ready (for whatever reason), the date gets shifted by a day automatically... which isn't helpful!

FWIW - I emailed my contact for other Vyrso related issues earlier this week, but received no reply. The employee may be out of the office.

I had that same issue once, in the good old days when Erin Land still took care of us.

The automatic conversion process might be stuck on those books. Back then, Erin would have fixed that. [:(]

Hi Steve, I apologize for the very long delay in receiving your Vyrso books. We are working with at least one of the publishers to receive the ePubs and if all goes well, I suspect you'll have what you need by next week. I'm sending you an email so I can double check all the titles you're missing and make sure they're properly delivered to you. Thanks!
