Mark, the latest version of Proclaim is available on https://proclaimonline.com/download, which includes the ability to reuse groups of service items. The update will start to be advertised in-app starting next week, but if you want a head start I'd love to hear your feedback.
I like being able to filter the list and reuse groups, but I still would like to be able to reuse multiple items (not in a group) before closing the pop-up and also would like to have the list sorted in descending date sequence.
The items should already be ordered by their last modified date, descending. Is this not what you're seeing?
Here is an example:
I'm guessing that this song has been reused exactly the same way every time, and (also guessing) when an item is reused the modified date is copied from the item reused. Therefore every one of these entries would have the same modified date, making the sequence unpredictable. The modified date only gets updated when a change is made to an item. However, that is not obvious when you look at the list.
I think we should switch to ordering by the "Date given" property of the service item's presentation. This is after all the value we show in the individual item template.
I think that would suit me.

This morning I noticed that it appears as though the sequence is now in descending last use date.
