Sentence diagramming tool: how can I make solid lines the default again?

In the Logos Sentence Diagramming tool, the each new element of the framework that I insert appears as dotted lines rather than solid. I can easily change it to solid after insertion, but I'd like to make solid lines the default. I think the framework elements were previously appearing as solid lines, but somehow I must have changed the default.
Thanks!

Try looking under the dropdown outlined in red in the screenshot below

Hi, Graham,
That's how I've been changing all the dotted lines to solid, but they always are inserted as dotted. The drop-down option always reverts to dotted. (I suppose if this is my biggest problem, I'm doing pretty well, I know.)
Thanks.

Strange
If - in the dropdown - I select solid then the indicator changes in the menu and all subsequent objects are inserted with solid lines.
Do you not see this?
I'm running on Windows. Are you using Windows or Mac?

Yes, it is strange. The option reverts to dotted rather than staying solid. I'm using Logos 7.6 SR-1 on a Mac running OS X 10.12.5.
I can easily work around this. It's just a mild annoyance.

Well, the problem has apparently gone away, after having pestered me for several diagramming sessions. As best I can tell, the problem fixed itself after I drew, freehand, a dotted line connecting two elements. After that, when I reset the solid/dotted dropdown option, it's staying solid.
So, we can call this topic resolved, at least for now.
Thanks for your posts, Graham.
