Cross-Campus Use

We currently have a Proclaim subscription that corresponds to the number in our worshiping community across both of our campuses. If we take out the numbers from the one campus, we're still within the same tier. I've just recently realized that we ought to have an On-Air license for both campuses...but my question is, how well does this work? We routinely are creating curriculum in-house that we utilize at both campuses. If we get another on-air license, how well will we be able to share lyrics, slide designs, etc.? Does an add'l On-Air license necessitate a different projection group? Help?

Focusing on the former; This is definitely a situation we want to avoid. You'll want to have two separate groups for two separate campuses. Doing otherwise would be against our terms of service.

However, when it comes to your latter concern, we absolutely understand the necessity of the situation. We're currently working on a more elegant solution to the challenge of allowing seamless sharing between groups (beyond the back up/restore process that is currently available).

What we'd recommend here is having two groups with the appropriate licenses (maintained and current), but only logging into one of the two groups at both campuses. That way the licensing still follows our terms of service, and also allows seamless sharing between the two campuses while we continue to look for a better solution to this situation.
