File location on Windows 10 PC for library files

I recently had to change the user account for my Windows 10 Surface Pro 4. I need to reinstall Verbum in my new user account and so download my very large library. I want to be sure that I won't have two copies of my library on the hard drive of the Surface Pro.
I know that the Verbum program files are in C:\Users\JoeVa\AppData\Local\Verbum folder (and its sub-folders). Are the library files (data files) are stored somewhere else? If that's the only folder set to be worried about, then I can be confident that I don't have two copies of the library.
Thanks for the help.

For my Logos installation, library files are stored in the same path under C:\Users\Bill\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\random letters+numbers\ResourceManager\Resources.
