Downloading Audio Files for Audiobooks

 Before I left for China, I downloaded a few audiobooks, but I didn't realize you then had to download the media files separately. :) I've been trying to download them on my iPhone for a few days now. The first three small files downloaded, but I can't get any of the rest of the files to download. I've tried using ExpressVP, including several different servers, and I've tried not using a VPN. And nothing.

Any suggestions? I have a long plane ride back and was hoping to get some "reading" done on the plane.

    Hey John! We can definitely take a look into this. The first thing we'll need, to be able to see what's going on in the background are diagnostic logs. You can submit them to us using the Report a Problem function in the app itself. In the email that is sent to us with the logs attached, please include as much of this information that you can.

    Thanks for the reply. I was finally able to get it working. I'm not 100% what happened. I'm pretty sure I found a more solid VPN connection that allowed it to happen. Thanks!
