FL/Vyrso Staff: 2 Vyrso Books that need attention (when time permits)

Both of the below books could use a re-processing (redo the conversion) as they are missing Tables of Contents for easy navigation. Also, Strauss' book has a weird Contents issue when you click on the contents links section, it opens a blank webpage on my iPhone.
Strauss, Mark Jesus Behaving Badly
Dallas, Joe Speaking of Homosexuality
