Why did I pay for Verbum Now?

Why did I pay for Verbum Now?  Where are the books that Verbum Now members get to preview for July?  Why isn't it posted anywhere so I can look for them?  Isn't Verbum run by Faithlife and Logos?  Why is that info all updated on the 1st of each month but Verbum must wait 5-7 days for info?  On July 1, Verbum Now members were supposed to start receiving a monthly benefit because everyone now has access to the web app.  Where is the information on my monthly benefit and how to obtain it?

Again, let me ask...why did I pay for Verbum Now?

You and every one pays for verbum now or logos now for the privilege of being beta testers.... You get exclusive access to features that may be incorporated in VERSION 8, you get certain discounts, and you do get the book of month but as you pointed out while LN customers get 31 days to read that book you are getting less... I never saw the NOW model as one that interested me, indeed Web APP was one thing that might have been an interest to me in it, now that it is free tried it, but can't much see myself using it since the iOS APP has a powerful enough PG to satisfy my needs. And the Web APP still will not get me access to my Jerome Biblical Commentary or Oxford Bible Commentary.

Verbum is the poor step-child of Faithlife.  No one has told me this.  This is my observation, though.

Kevin, your question is probably better answered by Bob Pritchett than by most of us reading it.

My sincerest apologies, Kevin. Your frustrations are understandable and justified. I have been in a major process of a relocation, and I didn't make (and, due to extenuating circumstances, became unable to make) the necessary provisions for things that needed to occur in my absence. Regardless, this isn't fair to you as a paying customer. The new preview resources have been staged and should be available Friday. I will post again to verify when it is ready, and I will also announce it on the blog and send a message in the software to ensure you get the update ASAP.

With this new change, I hope to be in a better position to serve you better moving forward so that you get your money's worth out of your investment in Verbum Now. Again, I am sorry for the issues.

(*FYI: The preview resources for Verbum are a separate benefit compared to the new free book option that has been announced.*)

P.S. This link always shows you what the preview resource is for the month, and this link shows the previews from last month that are now on discount this month for Verbum Now subscribers. I will put into movement a place on the website so these links are readily available from the menu.

Thank you very much.  I understand the stress of relocations....
