This afternoon, we discovered a bug in Proclaim that is causing users with no / slow internet to crash at startup.
We're aware of the situation and are working on an update, which will be shipping soon. In the meantime, if you need to work offline, you can install the previous version from the links below.
If you're on Windows, you'll need to uninstall the current version before downloading the previous one.
