HANG - Login to Logos 7 - Blank screen (Mac)

Over the last week I have tried to login into my logos and am consistently presented with a blank screen. The logos menu bar is present, but everything below search box is blank.
Thanks.

Hi Kelly,
I'm sorry this is happening. IS the indexer icon in the menu bar also displaying no progress? Not even a 0? Is your library blank as well?

The library is not empty...it does however have the yellow bar claiming it is incomplete (updating catalog). I did try to search for a specific title and, while it let me input the search query, it gave me the spinning wheel of death once I hit enter. Additionally, the list is unresponsive and never actually brings up a title that I select; though I can scroll through the entire list.
Furthermore, in the top right of the application, I am told that the library is indexing (which isn't odd), but it has been stuck on 0% forever.
Thanks.

Blank screen seems to be a problem with 2011 Mac's. Do you have one?

Quit Logos and kill the Indexer. Then enable logging and restart Logos. Indexing should start. Wait about 10 minutes if stuck at 0% and then upload the logs.

Any progress on resolving the issue of stalled indexing? I'm running Logos 7 on a late 2013 MacBook pro. Yesterday indexing would not pass 5%, I quite Logos 7 and restarted my computer. Now indexing remains at 0% for an extended period of time.

Please submit logs as per my previous post (click the blue text which is a link).

I did as instructed...but the indexing still read 0% even after 15 minutes. All the other problems persist. Here are the logs...

The Indexer log is the same one from 2016 as previously uploaded. The Logos log (which is current) shows there is an 'Indexing Progress notification', but is the Indexer process actually running?

When I float over the blue '1' icon, it says, "Your library is indexing. (0% Complete)". The problem is that it never changes. The synchronization icon to the right of the blue '1' icon, however, does spin with the caption "Synchronization in process." Yet, the logos screen remains blank. No logos blog feed, no daily calendar, nothing...and when I try and quit the application, the window disappears but it's not until I force quit the application from the menu bar that it fully quits. It always gives me an "application not responding" message.
The image below is all I ever see.

I have restarted the computer several times. Furthermore, I just tried to load a past layout and was successful in bringing up the standard layout for Philemon 8-16; yet, upon closer inspection I was not able to do anything with the layout. I was able to scroll through the existing screens, including the default commentary and bible, but without the added functionality of opening new tabs, selecting a floating tab, searching within the commentary or bible passages, etc etc. This is all I was able to see, even after waiting 10+ minutes.

Logs from this would be helpful.

But is the Indexer process actually running (check Activity Monitor).

Indexer has used a lot of CPU time. Ensure logging is still enabled.
If you kill the Indexer, does it run when you restart Logos? Upload logs of this session.

Sorry, but how does one go about killing the indexer?

Via Terminal and the kill command.
This web page provides a tutorial. Scroll about half-way down to get the heading To Terminate (Kill) a Process

Double click in Activity Monitor, click either "quit" or "force quit." It may take a minute or so, especially if you click "quit."
