Index stuck at 0%, then crashes

When starting Logos 7 the indexer starts, but after a few seconds the icon (lower right on windows screen) disappeares, and the text within logos (top right screen) is stuck at 0%. Search and other function obviously don't work properly. It started after a larger download of resources.

Your logs show there is a corrupt database but it will require input from Faithlife to identify it.

thanks for your response. I deleted that file, but no changes, sorry 😑

Please post an updated set of log files; there may be a new (and different) crash.

One of your resources is corrupted (or truncated). The best next step for solving this would be to contact our Tech Support department (and reference this thread); they can run a script that identifies the bad resource(s) and redownload them.
