Logos Bible Software 4 will not install

Hi, I am a little frustrated. I have the Libronix and it has been great but I just ordered the Logos Bible Software 4 for MAC and it is stuff at the installation screen. In fact the screen is stuck (see picture below).

Help. How do I get passed this screen... the icon keeps bouncing in my dock and the installer doesn't do anything else.

What are your System Specs? Logos 4 will only run on an Intel Mac running OS 10.5.8 or later. Also, I can't see your picture, picture files need to be JPEGs to be visible in the forum.

Have you tried dragging the app Icon to your Applications folder? The app needs to be on your hard drive to function

I put it in the application folder. It gave me the prompt for this software was loaded from web. The icon bounced in my dock for a minute and now it is just sitting... no action. In my force quit screen it is responding ok but the application in not open.

even if I can't open the program... ever????

I have never been able to open the program... there is hardly anything to log

Nevertheless it will help the techs to discover what is happening with your system.

I am afraid that problems like this are all part of Alpha development. It is a good idea to make sure that you keep your Librinox system working until the new program is more stable.

You could of course try a reinstall and see if that helps.
