Launching Passage Guide from Home Page
When I start up Logos 4.0 and immediately want to work on a new passage (eg. Sunday's Gospel), it is convenient to type the reference in the homepage GO box.
There are a couple of issues with this from my perspective:
1) As mentioned elsewhere the pericope guessing on the home page seems interminably long - it is definitely interminable I can hit enter 20 times and click on GO all I like but I have to wait until the pericope guessing is finished.
2) With the current colour scheme, I forget very quickly that this has also launched an exegetical guide. A number of times, I have wondered why the passage guide is so slow, only to remember that running away behind it is also the exegetical guide.

When I first started, I couldn't at all work out why the ASV, a French bible and a Danish (?) bible opened. The issue of first-run preference setting is hopefully being addressed (though we have not received any indication of this to my memory).
I agree that there should be some form of first-run (able to be re-run when desired) configuration deal. To the best of my knowledge this has not been promised. However, they have promised to have some defaults for keylinking that make sense, so the initial experience will not be quite as bizare.
As for five bibles instantly opening, it may be overkill, but I kinda like having a couple of English as well as Greek and sometimes Hebrew opened up ready for me. How many, however, should be able to be set at startup.
